How does it work?
You waive the guaranteed 12% annual return for the first 5 years after completion. In return, you lock in the significantly reduced entry price.
After the 5-year period, the property becomes 100% yours. From that point on, you will receive a guaranteed annual return of €5,400 – with flexible payout options either monthly or quarterly.
